What We Do
Our Mission
Founded in March 2020, as a global group of behavioural science policymakers and practitioners in governments and international organisations, our aim is:
To collaborate, network and exchange ideas, resources, findings and approaches;
To share learnings from country findings to strengthen application in other contexts; and
To contribute to targeted evidence-informed advice/research to support responses in respective countries and organisations.
Our Discussions
Three main formats:
Co-hosted webinars with member countries sharing ongoing and/or completed work, and lessons learned;
Breakout group discussion on topics of interest intended to dive deeper and foster connections; and
Interactive sessions with academics, including the opportunity to discuss projects and receive feedback
Who We Are
The Group is led by a behavioural science practitioner in the United Nations and co-organised with practitioners working in the the UK Government and the Western Cape Government in South Africa. We are supported by and collaborate with the UN Behavioural Science Group, European Commission, Inter-American Development Bank, OECD, World Bank and World Health Organization.
